About Andy Hollon

Andy Hollon joined YETI Coolers in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. From 2010 to 2016 Andy was a key member of the executive team at YETI responsible for growing and developing the brand while also maintaining a strong company culture during a period of hyper growth. Andy closely collaborated with leaders of the sales, product development, and brand marketing functions while having direct responsibility for leading and developing the supply chain organization. After stepping down as COO, Andy continued in a supporting role to the founders and executive team until his departure in 2019. During his tenure with YETI, the Company’s top line revenue increased over 80x.

Prior to his time at YETI, Andy spent over 17 years practicing as a civil engineer. During significant stints at Loomis Partners and Bury + Partners, he performed design, permitting, and project management for a wide range of ventures including urban watershed studies, wastewater infrastructure for small rural communities, master planned residential subdivisions, and mixed-use urban re-development projects.    

Andy is a graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
